About Betsy
I've always been ambitious.
I loved my career, enjoyed helping people grow and had a clear idea of where I wanted my life to go.
Then life took a different turn.
When my daughter Sienna was diagnosed with complex autism, my priorities changed overnight. I became a mum, a carer, an advocate and the person everyone relied on.
Over time, I became so focused on looking after everyone else that I stopped asking myself what I wanted. My goals took a back seat, my confidence faded and I lost connection with who I was beyond my responsibilities.
The turning point came when I realised that caring for others and prioritising myself weren't opposites.
I started focusing on my health, my wellbeing and the things that mattered to me. I rebuilt my confidence, reconnected with my ambitions and began creating a life that worked for me as well as the people I love.
What I discovered was that change doesn't happen overnight.
When we're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves, we often try to jump straight into action.
We tell ourselves we need more motivation, more discipline or a better plan.
My experience taught me that lasting change starts somewhere else.
It starts with creating space to pause, reconnect with yourself and understand what really matters before deciding what comes next.
That's why I created the Momentum Method™ a simple framework that helps women move from feeling stuck and disconnected to feeling clear, confident and in control of their future.
Through five stages — Pause, Reconnect, Rebuild, Clarify and Move, I help women create meaningful change that feels aligned with who they are and the life they want to build.
Today, through coaching, speaking and workshops, I work with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves, helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with what matters and create momentum for what comes next.
It’s never too late to reconnect with yourself, to rebuild who you are and redesign how you live.
